Client feedback you can act on.
Send your client one link. They click the page and say what they mean. You see the page, the element and a screenshot, with no email chain to decode.
Your clients never need an account.
A web page with two numbered pins. A comment panel beside it shows a comment from a client and an open status.
You know the email.
A client replies to your staging link with six screenshots, a Word file and "the thing on the left looks off". You spend an hour working out what they mean.
Which page?
Screenshots do not say where they came from.
Which element?
Words like "the box" or "that bit" can mean many things.
Which version?
The client may be looking at an old page when they write.

Built for the way agencies work.
No account for clients
They open your link and comment. That is all.
Works on staging behind a login
The script runs in your client's browser, so a private or password-protected site works.
Click, then comment
Clients point at the element. You do not decode a description.
Status, priority, assignee, tags
Sort the round of feedback the way your team works.
One dashboard list
See every item for a project in one place.
Never lose a comment
A client on a bad connection keeps their comment. It sends when the connection returns.
A client round, start to finish.
Step 1: Add the script tag to the staging site.
One line, once per project.
Step 2: Send your client the link.
They click and comment. They do not sign in.
Step 3: Work through the list.
Set the status, assign the item, and fix it.
Built for a studio's pace.

Questions from agencies.
Do my clients have to sign up?
No. A client opens your link and comments. A name is optional.
Does it work on a site with a password?
Yes. The script runs in the client's browser, so a staging site behind a login is fine.
Does it slow down or break our client's site?
We built it to stay out of the way. It runs in a Shadow DOM and a kill switch can turn it off. If it fails, the page behaves as if it was never there.
Do I need to own the site?
You need to be able to add one script tag to it. If you cannot edit the site's code, Feedbackable does not fit today.
